Blossom Bakery & Cafe

Blossom was founded in December of 2018 in a small shop in Cherryville, NC. We started as a small scale bakery mainly offering specialty cupcakes.

In February of 2019 we came to Angel’s in Bessemer City to sell our cupcakes in the historic Froneberger & CO building. Shortly after, in April, Angel sold the building to Blossom and we settled roots here.

Now, almost three years later we have expanded our business tenfold. We offer a variety of cleverly named deli sandwiches and soups daily. All of our sides are made fresh in house and we slice our own deli meats.

We are a full-scale coffee shop with two certified Master Baristas as well as offering freshly squeezed orangeades, lemonades, Italian sodas and much more.

We have all ABC licenses and offer a selection of handcrafted cocktails, beer and wine. The Blossom staff is made up of a mother, son, grandmother, aunt and two close family friends.

Our goal here is to make you feel welcome and at home, like you’re part of our family. Weekly, on Friday, we host karaoke from 6p-9p and every other Tuesday we have BINGO starting at 6p. If you’re looking for fun family events check out our upcoming paint & sip classes as well as our catered dinners!

In 2022 we will be opening our second location, just next door, to host a variety of events and parties. The new space, combined with our current spaces, will be available to rent and host up to 120 guests.
